Instant Pot Egg Bake

  •  12 eggs
  •  Ham, diced
  •  onions, green pepper and red pepper
  •  Cheese
  •  milk
  •  salt and pepper to taste


Set your Instant Pot to sauté and sauté the onions and peppers.

Spray the inside of your instant pot.  I cracked the eggs right in the pot.  Add about 1/2 a cup of milk, salt and pepper to taste and whisk.  Throw in the ham, cheese and the sauted onions and peppers.

On the manual setting, set for 7 minutes.  When finished, do a quick release.  I gave the eggs a stir and it sorta came out like scrambled eggs.  It was good and the family loved it.

It would also be good filling for a breakfast burrito.
